We ship domestic USA orders for Morizumi SCT machines via UPS Ground. For parts, tools, and other building aids, we generally use USPS Priority Mail. and UPS Ground. To the rest of the World we use USPS Priority Mail International and First Class Mail International; UPS Worldwide Expedited; and DHL Express Worldwide. These options are available and priced at checkout. Orders are packed and shipped as fast as possible. If your need is urgent, make sure to let us know.
Our web store indicates if an item is out of stock. When you place an order, we will notify you immediately of any unexpected shortage. Complete and immediate refunds are often the best solution. Within 30 days of receipt you are allowed to receive a refund. The item must be in unused condition and shipped back to us. When several items are ordered together, total shipping is less.
